"Raised a compatibility question on new accessories working on my old Fein Multitool. Received a response from Paul Lucas by return (email) requesting photo of my Multitool which I sent by return. Paul confirmed which tools were compatible, and highlighted those to particularly avoid. 
This may seem run of the mill stuff but it stands head and shoulders above the normal response I get from online companies when seeking help beyond merely pushing their buy now prompt.
