Bank Transfer Payments
We are happy to accept a bank transfer direct in to our bank account. For more details on this option please call our customer services number (020 8892 3816).

Alternatively, add the items you would like to purchase to your basket. Follow the on-screen instructions to checkout and at the point of payment select ‘Pay By Bank Transfer’. A member of our team will contact you to finalise the payment details.

Please note, your goods will only be despatched once payment has cleared.

We also offer the option of reserving items to collect and pay at our Twickenham Superstore. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Payment is taken in store.

All orders are sent on an all-day delivery service. Delivery can be typically be attempted any time between 8am-6pm. Delivery time frames not guaranteed,

Some items may require special delivery that are not covered by our general carriage rates and will be quoted before the order is processed.

Delivery Information

For the majority of orders (excluding heavy or oversized items*), we will despatch your items with DPD. They will provide tracking notifications, including the date of delivery and a one-hour delivery window, by email and text (when a mobile number has been supplied).

If you wish to reschedule your DPD delivery, you can do the following in the DPD app:

Select an alternative delivery date
Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
Have the parcel left in a specified safe place

Please note that requesting delivery to a neighbour or safe place is done at your own risk.

*Heavy or oversized items are despatched via TNT, who currently do not offer a timed notification service due to the size of consignments being handled. Heavy items will require the recipient to make the necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods, the carrier will only deliver to the address instructed.

Items which are too large/heavy to be safely shipped as a parcel will be sent strapped to a pallet. A member of our team will notify you via email when your goods are being shipped on a pallet.

Receiving Your Delivery
When you receive your item should the parcel be visibly damaged, please ensure that you write ‘damaged’ alongside your signature when signing for the goods. All damage to items must then be reported to us by email, letter or telephone, within 24 hours where possible.

Pricing

All prices quoted are calculated at 20% VAT unless stated. To the best of our knowledge all prices are correct at the time of issue. D&M Tools cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies found on this website. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification in line with any manufacturer's price increases.

Please note that prices shown on our website may differ from other publications and may be only available for online purchasing.

Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case the Company will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. The Company reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. The Company will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If the Company are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, the Company will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

Stock Availability

	The item is currently in stock and available for despatch or Click & Collect* from our Twickenham Superstore. *Some items, including large machinery are kept off-site and will not be available for same day collection. You will be notified by phone or email when item is ready to collect.
	This item is delivered direct from the manufacturer so is subject to being in stock with them. Should the item not be in stock with the manufacturer, you will be contacted either by telephone or email at the earliest opportunity (during trading hours 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Sat). It will not be available for same day collection if you place a Click & Collect. You will be notified by phone or email when item is ready to collect
	The product is typically available for despatch or Click & Collect from our Twickenham Superstore within the time quoted on the individual product page, depending on the specific item and availability with the supplier. These are subject to change. You will be notified by our sales team of a more accurate delivery date at the earliest opportunity when you place the order (during trading hours 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Sat). Carry on through the categories until you have found the products you are looking for. As you browse the categories, you can go back to previous categories using the Navigation History links along the top of the page.

On the item page you can specify the quantity of items you wish to purchase, view a larger image of the item itself (by clicking on the image), additional detail, and specifications, as well factsheets, product reviews, and videos if available as well as relevant accessories you may wish to purchase. Waste Battery Regulations

The Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, D&M Tools are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises at 73-81 Heath Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 4AW, in person (please do not post).
