The range of manaufacturers was comprehensive and the show-only deals many of them were offering were far too tempting! As a result, having travelled to the show on my scooter, I found myself purchasing a rather large item from the Festool people. Faced with the conundrum of how to get it home, one of your D&M staff was kind enough to hunt down a roll of duct tape and help me strap my purchase to my back seat. That saved my embarrassment, but I must have been quite a sight drving back into London."

I am writing to say how very impressed I am with your service; Ordered On line about 11am yesterday. Delivered as promised at 12:10. Unfortunately the Blade did not fit although advertised as TS2500 blade., which logically should fit a TS2500 saw table. Not your fault. When I phoned to ask advice, replacement blade ordered. The original will be returned and credited.

D M Tools and DPD are a really good partnership ensuring items are delivered on time as promised. There was a small hick up with my router plane, however, Vicki at DM tools very efficiently rectified this, so really it was'nt a problem at all. After having ordered these tools on Wednesday night, expecting them to be delivered Monday - unfortunately they arrived today (Friday), which means rather than me telling my partner I cannot "get on" as I have not got the relevant tools and because your delivery was so slick and efficient, means that not only have I got 2 full days of work ahead of me, but I have to curtail my Friday evening beverages to ensure that I may comply with health and safety standards of working with the said delivered tools. Have now ordered 3 times in 2 weeks, accumulating loyalty points along the way, which have been offset against the already cheapest prices I could find in the UK.
It does encourage you to spend over £99 to get free delivery, but in my case, I need to build up tools for a cabinet making and similar projects which'll hopefully lead to me working with wood professionally.
Email communication is excellent, as are stock levels which are constantly deminishing due to your low prices. Only once did I have to wait and that was for a Draper Magnum 1000 workbench, which arrived directly from the manufacturer.
Highly recommend D & M Tools to anyone looking for low prices with excellent customer services.
Hopefully they won't become complacent once I'd ordered a certain number of items!
