I could actually have got the saw cheaper from one of your competitors using a discount on eBay, but I didn’t rate their customer service from feedback and reviews online. D & M on the other hand have brilliant reviews and great recommendations on trade/woodworking forums. Any fool can offer a cheap price to get business, but it’s no good to the customer, if the customer service is cr*p. The service provided by D & M has been great from the start, which is quite rare these days and I’d certainly consider you for future purchases."

It arrived (yes in the Highlands of Scotland) on the 18th some some 72 hours later. This is an awesome service compared to most and the punch in the guts to your competitors is it was free post, let me say that again and louder FREE POST. The price of my saw was also the best I could find so I am a winner all round and I cannot recommend your company and customer service highly enough.
