"I ordered three items at 3.15 pm on Thursday. They were delivered at 11.00 am on Friday, what brilliant service. All items were well wrapped and undamaged and the driver was very pleasant. I haven't used any of my order as yet apart from running the motor to check it worked, which it did, so I cannot see any problems. After receiving such good service I will use D&M tools for future purchases and recommend them to my friends. Thank you."

"Based on previous experience with small items I decided to place my order for a Record Power wood lathe with you rather than go with a well known woodturning specialist company. My instinct has been proved right. The order was placed very late Wednesday afternoon when the post had gone. A small item coming from your premises was posted Thursday and arrived in Friday's post. Friday afternoon I received a phone call from the carrier delivering on behalf of Record to arrange a delivery. It would have been with me by today but for the unfortunate failure of their lorry at Exeter. It has been rescheduled for Wednesday morning as I have other appointments tomorrow. Had I gone with the other company, if past experience is any guide, I would still be waiting for them to process the order. Goodness knows when it would have arrived. I know which website will be my first port of call in future! Thank you for excellent service."

The delivery firm from Welshpool were very helpful and managed to drop off the product at the bottom of my drive and move the pallet into my workshop. The product was very well packeged and was easily manoeuvred into place, After unboxing the Planer, it was fairly easy to assemble and was up and running by the afternoon. The wow factor in this purchase is not only the router kit, which i think was a good price anyway, but also the delivery service, which was amazing, and i have a lot of online orders delivered by carrier so i know the difference between "amazing" and "late and damaged".
Not only did i receive an early morning email telling me my parcel would be delivered today between 9:23 and 10:23, i was also able to go to DPD's website and follow the driver, named John, on a map, as he made his way to my address, and it got better, he knocked on my door at 9:23 with a cheerful good morning, and an undamaged parcel.
I will definitely be shopping at D&M Tools in the future, especially as the delivery service matches the items on sale, quality!"
