Triton TW7PHJ Pocket-Hole Jig 7pce

Hardened steel drill guide with 2-drill fixed spacing. Removable drill guide for benchtop or mobile use. 3.2mm (1/8") incremental settings for 12.7mm (1/2") to 38.1mm (1-1/2") thick material. Kit includes Triton Pocket-Hole Jig, Step Drill Bit, Collar and Key, screws, pine plugs, Square Drive Bit 152mm (6") and instruction sheet.

The TW7PHJ Pocket-Hole Jig is highly accurate jig for a wide range of construction, repair and maintenance tasks. Creates strong, hidden joints in boards, joists, frames, panels and timber between 12-38mm (½-1½").
Ideal for kitchen-fitting, cupboard, shelf and frame construction and a must for tradesmen like joiners and DIYers alike.

Made from ultra-strong anodised steel, the TW7PHJ is a self-contained tool with an on-board clamp, holding workpieces securely to prevent innaccuracies. Two drill guides, lined with hardened steel for performance and durability, can be used individually or as a pair, depending on workpiece width.
Drill depth and angle settings are easily adjustable, with accurate depth setup vital for workpieces of different thicknesses.

A magnetic dust extraction port easily attaches to the jig for effective debris and shaving removal, when attached to a vacuum.
Pre-drilled bolt-holes provide simple attachment to benches and worktops.

Kit includes the pocket-hole jig unit (with clamp), steep-shouldered drill bit, square driver bit, depth-stop collar, screw selection, sandable and paintable pine plugs, dust extraction adaptor, bench fixings and hex key, as well as a full, step-by-step guide on how to create fast, strong, hidden pocket-hole joints.
