| Not everyone is happy with our service!
"Good Evening D&M. After having ordered these tools on Wednesday night, expecting them to be delivered Monday - unfortunately they arrived today (Friday), which means rather than me telling my partner I cannot "get on" as I have not got the relevant tools and because your delivery was so slick and efficient, means that not only have I got 2 full days of work ahead of me, but I have to curtail my Friday evening beverages to ensure that I may comply with health and safety standards of working with the said delivered tools. (I hope the recipient of this does have a sense of humour - thanks for such a prompt service!)
PS I will endeavour to place future orders by no earlier than Thursday!!"

"Highly professional, competent and friendly staff.
Have now ordered 3 times in 2 weeks, accumulating loyalty points along the way, which have been offset against the already cheapest prices I could find in the UK.
It does encourage you to spend over £99 to get free delivery, but in my case, I need to build up tools for a cabinet making and similar projects which'll hopefully lead to me working with wood professionally.
Email communication is excellent, as are stock levels which are constantly deminishing due to your low prices. Only once did I have to wait and that was for a Draper Magnum 1000 workbench, which arrived directly from the manufacturer.
Highly recommend D & M Tools to anyone looking for low prices with excellent customer services.
Hopefully they won't become complacent once I'd ordered a certain number of items!

"Thank you D&M for what can only be described as superb service. My Table saw, Band saw and Square Chisel mortise machines arrived on time and with no fuss. I have also accumulated enough bonus points to offset the carriage charges. As for price, I took your Internet quotes to a local dealer telling him that he had the job if he could match the prices. He made a couple of phone calls then told me he could not even buy the machines for the price, and proceeded to warn me about online cowboys. Yesterday (one week later) I told him the machines were installed and working. Thanks again D&M I WILL BE BACK, you saved me around £200"

I placed my order on line with you on Saturday evening (after your official closing time) for standard delivery, ie, 3 wkg days, and received an immediate automated confirmation. Then, on Monday am you informed me that the goods were to be despatched that day and I actually took delivery on the Tuesday. What more can one ask of a supplier?
I must also add that I was out when the delivery driver arrived but a quick call to the depot resulted in his returning 20 minutes later, so would you also please forward my thanks to those reponsible.
